• Queue priority or queue skipping
• Discord roles or access
• Cosmetic or convenience benefits

All Products are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.

Some Products are sold as subscriptions that renew automatically.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• Your payment method will be charged automatically
• Benefits apply only while the subscription is active and in good standing

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Tebex account dashboard.

Cancelling a subscription:

• Prevents future renewals
• Does not refund the current billing period
• Does not reverse benefits already delivered

If payment fails, access to Products may be suspended or revoked.

Your contract with us means that we will make every reasonable effort to resolve any Product-related issues you may have.

If difficulties arise with ancillary services required to use the Product (for example, access to the server), we may refer you to specialised external support. You should always contact us first.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Webstore belong to us.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Products belong to the Platform, and licences to use those Products are sold to us.

We, the Platform, and our licensors reserve all rights under national and international law to protect those rights.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure operation of the Webstore or access to Products.

The Products offered through this Webstore provide access to digital supporter benefits and in-game content. These benefits are provided as part of a licensed digital service and may change over time.

We may update, modify, replace, restrict, or remove Products, perks, vehicles, roles, features, or other digital content where reasonably required due to:

• Compliance with FiveM, CFX.RE, Rockstar Games, Discord, or other third-party platform rules
• Legal, regulatory, or policy requirements
• Technical limitations, performance issues, or infrastructure changes
• Gameplay balance, design updates, or development decisions
• Changes to how the Platform is operated or maintained

There is no guarantee that any specific perk, item, role, or feature will remain available for any particular period of time.

If changes occur, we may communicate updates through the Webstore or official community channels; however, we are not required to provide advance notice in all circumstances.

Except where required by applicable consumer law, no refunds will be provided for:

• Changes, replacements, or removal of Products or perks
• Adjustments to subscription benefits
• Loss of access caused by third-party compliance requirements
• Partial or permanent suspension or closure of the Platform

By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge that digital supporter benefits are provided as-is, are subject to change, and do not create a permanent or guaranteed entitlement.

Purchases are payments for licences to use digital virtual items. This transaction is final and there are no refunds.

If you are banned for breaking Platform rules, you will not be refunded. Bans are at the full discretion of the Platform, and rules may change at any time.

There is no guarantee that you will be able to access the Platform indefinitely. If the Platform is no longer operated, virtual items are forfeited.

Some Products may include in-game tokens, credits, or simulated value ("Virtual Currency").

Virtual Currency:

• Has no physical or monetary value
• Can only be redeemed on the Platform it was issued for
• Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency

We may monitor purchases involving Virtual Currency. Unusual patterns of use may result in forfeiture at our discretion.
